Under the buildings there seems to be an underground pit of water but the building seems to be structurally sound so you shouldnt fall in. There are also many pipes sticking up from the floor that lead to the pit of water. Out front there is many plates welded to the groud over a small pit of water. Inside the large building there is a balcony thing placed around what used to be a large wooden tank thing. The green door that is about a floor of the ground in the first pic can be opened from the inside. There is not to much in ether of the buildings but I still think it is a cool structure. I think that is could be much cooler if I had the tools lift up the man hole covers on the large concreate pad thing. They would probably lead to a basment of more water. If there is a basement it would be compleatly flooded though. If anyone else finds somthing cool here please let me know!
